Brittney began dancing at the age of five at a local dance studio here in Calgary, where she took classes in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Modern/Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop. As a dancer, she won many awards and scholarships in various competitions/festivals throughout Alberta. She also took many of her ADAPT Tap and Jazz exams as a student. Brittney has been teaching dance for eighteen years, thirteen of which have been at Soul To Sole. Many of her students have won several awards and scholarships in various competitions/festivals throughout Alberta. She even had a student be chose to go to New York and dance on Broadway! Miss Brittney still continues to attend various workshops and conventions and is also an active member of the Wild Rose Dance Arts Association here in Calgary. Her main passion is Jazz. She loves to be able to share her passion and knowledge with all of her students!
